⁣Released in 2015 Brewdog’s business for punks is worst business book I’ve ever read. Full of vague advice, yet over the top statements. This book lays out what Brewdog did to achieve their early success.

While this was written when Brewdog were at their peak, everything has since gone down hill. And all the advice and business pillars they gave us, was a load of nonsense as they broke all the rules they laid out in this book, and they became the very business they tried to destroy.

Such as their workplace culture and allowing fans to ‘own’ part of the brewery, it all sounded great on paper. But in the end, Brewdog are just massive hypocrites.

⁣Following balls up after balls up, Uber attempted a first for the company. That being a full rebrand from top to bottom. Unfortunately, the new app icon, logo and brand was so poorly received it was replaced in less than 3 years. Looking at the company now, you never would of known it ever existed.

I left Rome behind and headed deep into the mountains of Italy to a village called Maenza… where you can literally buy a house for $1.

This place feels like stepping back in time. Empty homes, ancient streets, old locals with unbelievable stories, and a town desperately trying to bring life back into it before it disappears forever.

I wanted to see if this was actually real… and whether anyone could genuinely start a new life here for the price of a coffee.

This turned into one of the most unique adventures I’ve had in Europe.
