Wiibiplay is growing and evolving. Here's our public roadmap outlining upcoming updates and milestones.
September 2025 – Major Bug Fixes
By September 2025, we aim to:
- Fix all major bugs across the website
- Improve platform stability and performance
- Ensure better compatibility on mobile and desktop
March 2026 – Wiibiplay 2.0 Launch
This is our biggest update yet. New features will include:
- New Shorts feature for mobile videos
- Enhanced moderation tools for safer content
- New languages: Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, Indonesian, Croatian, Hebrew, Bengali, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, Persian, Swedish, Vietnamese, Danish, and Filipino
- Better messaging system for users
- Importing videos feature re-added
- Live streaming enters testing phase again
September 2026 – Ecosystem Expansion
New features and improvements planned:
- Subscriber-only videos for exclusive content
- Login with Google support
- Enhanced privacy settings for users
- Basic public developer API for building apps
- Account switching system for creators and users
- Speed improvements across the website
