Wiibiplay Update: Bug Fixing Progress & Latest Improvements

Hello Wiibiplayers,
We know many of you have been eagerly waiting for our major bug fixing update, and we want to keep you in the loop about our progress. While the full update has taken longer than expected (thank you so much for your patience!), we’ve just rolled out some key fixes and improvements that should make your experience smoother.
✅ What’s New
Guests can watch again – People who aren’t logged in can now watch videos without restriction. This was a big issue for new visitors, and it’s finally been resolved.
New Wiibiplay watermark – All uploaded videos will now display a small Wiibiplay watermark in the top-left corner. This helps protect creators while also strengthening the Wiibiplay identity across shared content.
No more sticky video bug – Previously, when scrolling down, the currently playing video would stick to the bottom-right of the screen, often blocking recommended videos. That’s now fixed, so browsing feels much cleaner.
⏳ Update Delays
The broader bug fixing update is still in progress. Some of the remaining issues have proven more complex than expected, which is why the rollout is taking a bit longer. We’d rather take the time to do it right than rush out a half-finished patch.

We’re continuing to work hard on ironing out the remaining bugs and optimizing performance across the platform. More fixes and improvements will be shared as soon as they’re ready.
